I am solely responsible for my own actions, conduct, and decisions while performing deliveries. I confirm that I have a valid driver’s license, maintain active vehicle insurance, and will comply with all applicable traffic laws and safety regulations at all times. I understand that Hudhud is a technology platform that connects customers, vendors, and independent drivers, and does not control or supervise my delivery activities. I agree that Hudhud is not liable for any accidents, injuries, damages, losses, or claims that may occur during the course of performing deliveries, including but not limited to vehicle accidents, property damage, personal injury, or loss of goods. I assume full responsibility for any risks associated with performing delivery services and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hudhud, its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from my actions. I agree to handle all items with care and to act professionally when interacting with customers and vendors. I understand that failure to comply with these terms may result in removal from the platform. By checking this box, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these terms.
